To place any order you must follow the following instructions :
1- Choose the different products you need order.
2- Then, click on the icon “Add to cart“
3- The product is automatically added to your cart(or list of products to order).
4- After finishing with the selection of the products to order, You click on the logo at the top of the site and at the far right( Presenting a shopping cart, black color).
The click on the logo( Presenting a shopping cart, black color) presents 2 possibilities:
*A box bearing the word ” View cart ” to the left , to revise the list of products you ordered before the payment processand , and
*A box bearing the word “Checkout ” to the right .
5- click on the icon “Checkout “, to proceed to the payment process (This option will also reappear in the first case, after clicking on the icon “View cart”) :
- Fill in the different information requested (name, ZIP code …). You can find your zip code (corresponding to your city) just by searching it on the internet, by one of the existan rechere engine.
After having filled in the different informations requested information (for payment), specify your method of payment, and also specify your delivery company between FEDEX, DHL, UPS or EMS.
- Click on the icon ” Place order ” to validate the payment.
6- Your order is saved and is automatically sent and saved in the box to the couriers of the order management.
7- The order management analyzes your order and sends you an email containing :
- The confirmation of your order,
- as well as payment information depending on the choice of the payment method you made when placing your order.
